Burrata is a soft, fresh Italian cheese made from cow’s milk, similar to mozzarella, but softer and sweeter. The outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside contains stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft and oozing texture.

Temperature of storage : -18°C
Defrost by keeping in fridge for 24 hours to 48 hours. Once defrosted do not refreeze but keep refrigerated at 4°C and consume the product within 2 days.
