The prolonged fermentation process contributes stronger umami and have a pleasant, mellow aftertaste. It is the virgin draw of soybeans as the taste and aroma of the virgin draw is considered as superior which builds the wonderful flavor and mellow aftertaste of our soy sauce.
Recipe:
The delicate aroma and slightly sweetness of the soy sauce works excellent with chicken. Try it with roasted chicken or chicken casserole.
