Ingredients:
Shalot, Dried Chili, Sugar, Lemongrass, Garlic, Galangal, Vegetable Oil, Salt, Turmeric, Kesum Leaves, Citric Acid, MSG, Belacan, Aminotide, Bawang Benzoid Acid.
Preparation:
500g fish slices, 4 prawns, 3 lady fingers, 1 tomato, 1 red onion, 100g pineapple, 400ml water
Cooking Method:
- Boil 400ml water, add in 1 packet of “Asam Pedas Curry Paste”. Stir Well.
- Add Fish Slices, Prawns, Ladies Fingers, Tomato, Red Onion into pot and cook for 7 Minutes.
- Add in Pineapple. Serve hot.
Store in cool & dry place
Refrigerate after opened
