Ingredients: Chili, Red Onion, Sugar, Lemongrass, Soybean, Wheat, Water, Palm Oil, Tomato, Garlic, Galangal, Spices, Belacan, Kantan Flower, Lime, Flavour Enhancers & Permitted Preservatives.
Cooking Method:
Frying:
- Shredded the cucumber, onion, carrot and chili.
- Fry the fish until cooked.
- Add 1 packet “Nyonya All-purpose Paste” into the pot, add 100ml of water, stir well until boiled.
- Put the shredded ingredients on fried fish, pour the sauce on it. Serve hot.
Steam:
- Mix 100ml of water with 1 packet ” Nyonya All-purpose Paste”, stir well.
- Put the fish on the plate, pour the sauce on it, steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
- Shredded the cucumber, onion, carrot and chili.
- Bring out the cooked fish, put the shredded ingredients on it. Serve hot.
Store in cool & dry place
Refrigerate after opened
