WARGARETH Seafood Paste 酸甜海鲜即煮酱

Recommended Serving Size: 4-6 Pax

  • Made from fresh Ingredients 
  • No added Preservative & Food Colouring

 

Ingredients:
Shallot, Tomato Sauce, Chili Sauce, Dried Chili, Garlic, Lemongrass, Vegetable Oik, Galangal, Turmeric, Sugar, Salt, Benzoic Acid. 

Cooking Method:

Frying:

  1. Shredded the cucumber, onion, carrot, chili.
  2. Fried the fish until cooked.
  3. Add 1 Packet of “Seafood Sauce” into pot, add 100ml water, stir well until boiled. 
  4. Put the shredded ingredients on the fried fish, pour the sauce on it. Serve hot. 

Steam:

  1. Mix 100ml water with 1 packet “Seafood Sauce”, stir well. 
  2. Put the fish on plate, pour the sauce on it, steam for 15-20 minutes until cooked. 
  3. Shredded the cucumber, onion, carrot and chili. 
  4. Bring out the cooked fish, put the shredded ingredients on it. Serve Hot.

 

Store in cool & dry place
Refrigerate after opened
